FIMEs Boss Finally Speak On Reason's Why FIM's Record Artist "Nocky J" Was Off In The Industry For Some Time Now.

Popularly known as Chalk D whose real name's are Comrade Celestine Stephen on interview today since he engaged in a National Assignment.
Sir, Before your engagement to National Assignment  were you connected to any Political Office ?
DOWNLOAD "OLE" HERE
First of all, if I must speak with you even though as the founder and chairman of FIMEs, No topic of my National assignment should be raised in this interview as am not in the right place to answer that, he warns !!!.
Before now when ever I enter any public office for official deal which concerns FIMEs and any Organization I visit, the truth be said I always hide my identity even before any BOD meetings

 I always tell my Staff's, and entourage who knows me as the C.e.o of FIMEs Principal Company CUSAN CIKONVENT INT'L. NIG.LTD. not to try calling me Boss or disclose my identity in the presence of who ever am coming encounter with because I always believed in business first no pleasure attached. If am going for an official deal before now, the topic of my discussion never exceed the reason of my visit to any public office. With that I never had any political influence to the assignment I got in May 22nd, 2015 which later came to reality last year November.
Sir..

As the Founder of Many initiatives which aims at Empowering Nigeria Youths what was your pulling force ?
I was once in the street, I was made from the Street and the Street thought me what reality means as a young and aspiring entrepreneur who had No much financial backings but have the enthusiastic and Entrepreneurial spirit to excel  . With that when I see Youths who strives in taking their dreams serious and to the next level if I have way to help I always extend a helping and supporting hand. That only brought the thought to bring Up those initiatives that both Male and Female's Youths in our Environs could benefit from.

Sir Can We Know some of the initiatives founded by your Organization ?
To mention but few are below

Sir before becoming the C.e.o how would you describe your humble beginning?
Like the normal street Boi, I made all effort to see the possibility of making it in life through Prayers, Hard work, Passion, Drive and Enthusiasm like the saying Do your best and leave the rest for God. And seek first the Kingdom of God and every other thing will be added to you. The series of success I hope to achieve in the nearest future I believe will all come from God Almighty. As once a company brand Promoter, Singer, Song writer, Actor, Performing musical artist, banker mentioned but few, I believe in one thing like my late uncle once told me some year's back on  his business Trip return from India "it is not over Until it is Over".

Sir How Did You Came About Miss Environs Non-Reality Pageant ?
The Vision came way back in 2013, then as Miss Environment in Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria "FRIN" Jos were I was once the campus Students Union Government Director of Social, in 2015 brought about Upgrading the brand to a Bigger Pageant as Miss Environs Nigeria Open to All Nigerian female, which was slated to hold in Gwarinpa Estate   Abuja Nigeria. By 2016 we had a BOD meeting of bringing the brand to Jos the Plateau State Capital but due to some undisclosed issue's which I won't like to mention publicly the Jos Edition was postponed from the original date fixed for the event which later had negative influence to the event, and after that I decided to take the brand Off from that City which I don't know if I would ever endorse hosting it in Jos again. Because as a result of the Jos incident from the BOD level we are currently thinking if we should suspend the brand for now till when all target is being meet which we believe would be for good to who ever emerge as the brand Winner again or Sale It Off.

Sir You Made Mention of FIMs Record Label, Can You Tell The General Public What's is in Store And Why The Record Has Been Off The Industry For A While Now?
FIM's Record... Laugh....
As once a song writer, singer and a performing musical artist. You obviously know what the store should have will always be of good influence and of interest to our records Artist.
I received a similar caller yesterday saying the public missed the juicy tunes from the beat kitchen right from my own days with the hits like:
* Hustler
* Sweet On Me
* One Game
* I Never Mean
* Personal Person
* One in a Million which had the starring of the record Official signed Artist "Nocky J" who was later signed among numerous Artists praying to be in the record some days, who since his signing had just two Official singles endorsed for release by the record (Do Me and Ole) respectively Though this Song Ole
 CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD & LISTEN TO OLE

still remains on repeat in many playlists after almost counting down to 2 Year's of it's Official released date. I wrote, composed the Hit myself, Screened and Supervised and gave the record Artist to deliver for release.
 DOWNLOAD DO ME BY CLICKING HERE
I Decided to withdrew all efforts given to him as the #OfficialSignedArtist when I noticed his bridge to the contract he signed which has placed a legal embargo on him even though was later pardon and was supposed to drop a for seen Hit #MunaChimSoh late year but failed.Like many Artist Management manager's do say, You will see some potential in a young upcoming Youths striving to make it from the street today and decide to help him/her on receiving just a bit of the portfolio your potential and effort as a brand manager have, some of they Artist goes rude by breaking the terms and conditions given to them when the endorsement of the deal was signed not knowing the sacrifices, pain's, efforts and enthusiasm a good Artist Manager put in for an unknown street Boi to become a celebrated Celebrity in his hood and the Industry.
Till lately when he came Up with the request for the record to Free him which not GRANTED else price put in place is being made.
Though FIM'S Record hopefully would be signing some couple of new Artist Soon by the special Grace of God Almighty.

Sir Can You Tell Us More About The Bridge of Contract ?
Let's Leave this for some other time...

How to model and what is needed to become a model?
There are no set rules on how to model and this will be different depending on what kind of modeling you choose to do. However, by following our easy steps on how to model you can get to the bottom of the question on every models mind:
What are the ABCs of starting out as a model?
1. Know yourself and your strengths. It’s very important to know what you’re able to do and what you want to do as a model. Many models end up working as models accidentally or by chance, while others work hard to become models. In either case, it’s good to be aware of what it takes to work as a professional model.
You can always try out modeling agencies/schools or classes like this free online class we came  up with where we teach you everything from how to pose to being more confident.
2. Decide what type of modeling you would like to do. There are many different kinds of modeling that you can do as a model, and that’s why it’s advisable to have a sense of direction as to where you want to take your career as a model and where you think your strengths lie.
3. Take some photos of yourself and build a portfolio. Look for a professional photographer to ensure good quality photos. In case you cannot afford to pay a professional photographer to take your photos, ask someone you know to take some good and clear head and body shots.

4. Look for a modeling agency. Search online and select the agencies that you think match the type of modeling you are looking to do. If you are still unsure as to what type of modeling appeals to you the most, you can still contact an agency.
They are very ready to help aspiring models who are in need of direction with their careers and want to learn how to model like we are currently doing now.
Remember to only choose legitimate agencies.

This Online Course is  designed to help Save Time, Money and Help You Build Great Modeling Career while teaching you the A-Z you need to know as a Model.
Our First Topic is  Can I Be a Model?
New models often ask themselves whether they have what it takes to become a model You are likely to hear that to be a model you need to be beautiful, tall and slender with perfect proportions.
Now this is certainly true for high fashion models, where designers want one type of model that they feel shows off their designs in the best way.
However, if you do not fit this criteria, don’t despair as there are many other areas that you can work in successfully and lucratively as a model.
The modeling industry needs all different shapes and sizes. It ranges from the models who are required for the runways to those being seen in the background of TV commercials. You need to find the right fit for you and your place in the industry. To help you with this we have listed the different types of modeling work that’s available and the criteria for each, and as with most things in life there are always exceptions:

High Fashion-:
When you see the incredibly tall and lean figures that grace the runways and editorials for the leading fashion houses and designers, these are the High Fashion models. They are generally required to be between 172cm to 180cm (5”8 to 5”11), with a dress size of 4-6 US (6-8 UK), with a typical bust size of 34. The age range can be from 14 to 25. For guys the age range is more flexible and they can start from the age of 16 until their late 40’s. They need to be between 180cm to 188cm (5”11 to 6”2), with an excellent physique and a chest size of 94cm to 106cm (37” to 42”) and 76cm to 81cm (30” to 32”) waist. Guys tend to have longer careers if they look after themselves.
Editorial Print-:
This in specific is modeling for magazine editorials and covers.
The standard requirements for these models are similar to those in High Fashion and you must be very photogenic Quite often the same models will work in both Editorial Print and High Fashion. These editorials provide great exposure for models even though the fees earned are sometimes relatively low. This is normal and it can take a few years to gain the experience needed to get the bigger paying jobs.

Commercial Print-:
A huge market that encompasses every kind of print advertising. This can range from advertising in magazines to products on supermarket shelves to billboards. The benefit of working in Commercial Print as a model is that the target audience of the advertisers varies considerably. Naturally the brands want to attract and represent the people that will buy their products, so there are many opportunities here if you are not the High Fashion type.
Catalogue Modeling-:
Companies create catalogues (print or online) to sell their latest clothing lines or various others products, and it’s the models job to make them look good. Here you will find many great opportunities for different model types, as the model is chosen to represent the target audience of the different companies. With the increasing number of websites that require models to promote their goods online, this is very lucrative for many models.

Plus Size Modeling-:
Modeling for the larger body type, this type of modeling is on the increase and a relatively new phenomenon. If you’re confident, with great attributes and you are between the sizes of 12-16 US (14-18 UK) then this could be for you. More and more advertisers are using Plus Size Models to promote their products in a bid to appeal to a broader demographic. As a Plus Size model you will still need to have great skin, teeth and hair and have that something special about you. For High Fashion Plus Sized Models the height requirements remain at a minimum of 172cm (5”8).
Glamour Modeling-:
Is modeling that emphasises a models sexuality. Glamour Modeling can range from lingerie and swimwear shoots, to artistic and nude photography to men’s magazines. You will need to be beautiful, sexy and confident, with an extremely outgoing personality. Height restrictions tend not to apply, which is the great attraction to many models. If you are considering this area of modeling, take care as there are many dishonest people that take advantage of young models who are eager to get into modeling. If you are interested in Glamour Modeling it’s advisable to have a reputable agency looking out for your best interests.

Body Parts Models-:
An area not usually thought about for newcomers, but it is a very relevant sector of the industry. The most common body parts tend to be hair, eyes, lips, hands, legs and feet, which are used to promote many products in print and TV. You will need to have exceptionally well proportioned body parts and know how to look after them. This is definitely an area within modeling that’s worth considering as it can prove to be surprisingly profitable.
TV Commercials-:
Modeling in TV commercials does not have any overall criteria for height, size and age, as each commercial requires someone different and specific to that job. It is usually necessary to have some acting ability, but this can be natural ability or learned. There are many different types of TV commercials, ranging from the highly stylised photographic, to the performance led reality style. The great advantage in TV commercials for a model is that brands are continuously seeking models, which the general public can easily identify with. This opens up the doors to almost everyone, who feels that they have what it takes to work in this sector. Typically those represented by a model or actors agency have a better chance of appearing in TV commercials.
Real Life Models (People Models) and TV/Film Extras-:
If you like the idea of modeling, but do not fit into the above categories, then this could be for you. Real life models are used in advertising or corporate campaigns, when companies are looking to represent the everyday person. As a TV/Film Extra you will generally be non-featured (no speaking parts) and in the background of a scene. This can be fun and interesting to be part of, but it can also be long hours with lots of waiting around. The benefits are that if you are flexible with your days, it can be a good way to supplement your income.
