I Stand With Nigeria Immigration 2000 A Must Read For All.

I STAND WITH NIGERIA IMMIGRATION 2000 A MUST READ FOR ALL.
As Advocates For Youth,Sustainable
Development and Activist
Considering the World Youths Day marking for 2016 coming up on August 12th, we call on all to support and speak for the injustice act on the unjustly dispersed.

#NigeriaImmigration2000 Applied, Shortlisted, Screened, Interviewed, Qualified, Employed, Trained and Dispersed Youths under the Nigeria Immigration Service following the directive of the new Administration.
These are common Nigerians that celebrated their God given Appointments with family, Friends and well wishers after their success towards the enthusiasm to serve their Nation .

Were employed last year May following the tragic recruitment exercise that was cancelled.
Adverts were placed and over One Million One Hundred and Ninety (1.19M) Thousands applicants applied for the job. About Four Hundred (400,000,00) Thousand Youths were shortlisted for Computer Based Test simply called the CBT which was slated in Four Region of the country. These youths have to leave their comfort zone to  regions where they might have never been before even as  Nigerians just to sit for the exams that was well and strictly programmed based on timing per Subject in the Computers and personal login platforms provided to be used for the examination exercises.
Over Forty Five (45,000) Thousand of this Youths were congratulated by they elven paramilitary agencies instituted to assist in immigration recruitment exercise by the then former President Good Luck Ebele Jonathan which was headed by the then former Secretary General of the Federation also among other members of the committee was the then Comptroller General of Immigration Service better known as (CGIS ) who was suspended by the present administration immediately after resumption to office and later called to Face trials of misconduct and fraud but confirmed innocent and Corrupt free public servant, these recruits were asked to go for Physical training and interviews in their various states of origin commands.

2000 of these applicants were shortlisted for appointment based on their excellent performances in both the CBT and Interview stages and was asked to go for various training school of the three different cadets that was announced vacant for employment documentation and collection of Appointment Letters, which includes Compass 8, 6, and 3 respectively.
Unfortunately enough only Compass 6 and 3 were documented and issued their Appointment Letters while at those training schools which lasted for a complete one week starting from 25th to 30th May 2015 instead of the initially proposed 2 days Documentation exercise from inception of the exercise of documentation , Compass 8 were only documented but told their Appointment Letters will be issued to them in their various states commands during induction period. But were all issued letters of introductions and service numbers to resume training with immediate effect in all the 36 states commands including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

After successful conclusion of various states commands induction exercise which time frame was three (3) months from the dates of these youths appointment letters and resumption which they were trained extensively including weapon handling, regiment of the service and exposure to military and paramilitary training.

On August 20th 2015 came the socking news of their dispersal.
They were suspended because they were not children of elite's and told they would be recalled later and it's almost a year now.

At this point it's important to note that this youths financed all their expense starting from traveling to various zones of the CBT, Accommodations, Accoutrement till their dispersal without any payment received as their entitlement or emoluments .

And many of these youths gave off their former employment to Nigeria Immigration Service in search of greener pasture and more secured job since it's a Federal Government thing but now made Jobless since 15 months of being engaged under the federal government, with the Nigeria Immigration Service.
And come to have this in mind it was not only immigration trainees that were suspended but ironically it's only immigration trainees that have not been recalled

How can a Nation that is fighting the worst kind of insecurity, terrorism and emergence of groups that add to country economy breakdown recruit and train 2000 citizens extensively on weapon handling and then suspend them. Does that make sense our fellows reading this writeup?

These #NigeriaImmigration2000 Applied, Shortlisted, Qualified, Employed, and Trained Youths have been law abiding citizens and made demands peacefully and ironically and had not been listened to.

They have protested peacefully twice to the National Assembly and twice to the Ministry of Interior which is the mother ministry managing the affairs of the Paramilitary Agencies in the country .
The House of Representatives asked for their reinstatement. Those in authority that have been asked to meet with them and resolve issues no longer pick their calls. How can we be so cruel to our own youth who have put themselves forward to legitimately serve our Nation and make it a better Nation.

To curb terrorism we have to curb the inflow of undesirable elements into our society and here we have 2000 trained recruits being wasted on political vendetta.

Is it fair to a nation Like we asked before?

Is this the government of Change we all glamoured for?

The Government who promised youths employments during campaign now taking Jobs away from Youths .

What happened to equity and fairness?
The former President set up the Presidential Committee to Assist Immigration Recruitment Exercise following the tragic recruitment exercise and it is therefore binding on the Nigerian government.

If there were irregularities is it the fault of the recruits?

Why did nobody fault the exercise as of that time at inception ?

Why were they allowed to go through all this stages involved ?

Why would they be employed trained and suspended ?

Is it to give room to the illegal hiring of children of cronies that has bedevilled this generation to replace them ?

Is it because they were employed during former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan?

It is very important for us all to note that the employment was not by former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan but by the Federal Republic of Nigeria and binding on the Nigerian government irrespective of who ever emerged as President.
There is no vacuum in governance it's in continuum In the process of this 2 of the recruits have died now we have 1998.

When would their rights be reinstated? First Applicants were betrayed by the Nation on March 15 2014 with the tragic recruitment exercise that was cancelled and 2000 Shortlisted, Qualified, Employed and Trained Youths again on August 20th 2015 had been unjustly dispersed and suspended.

Patriotism comes from a country watching her citizens back.

A pain to one is a pain for all.

It might be you tomorrow !

Parents it might be your children tomorrow !!

Families it might be your siblings and family members tomorrow .
Share in the pains and trauma of these youths let's all stand together against Injustice and Godfatherism in our nation.

Nigeria Immigration Service Under The Federal Government of Nigeria Authority Deny 2000 Qualified and Trained Youths Their Rightful Job For A Year This Month.

As Advocates For Youth and Sustainable Development We met with the #NigeriaImmigration2000TrainedYouth and the most heart touching news is their level of professionalism.
They were articulate and able to put their thoughts together as a group. For a group that formed unexpectedly and with no significant leaders that is commendable. We couldn't help but think if they were pitched against those already working with the Nigeria Immigration Service they most likely would come up to top with better legacy.
The #NigeriaImmigration2000QualifiedTrainedYouths were employed last year following the tragic recruitment exercise that was cancelled. Adverts were placed and over 1.19 million applicants applied for the job. About 400 Thousand Youths were shortlisted for Computer Based Test. 2000 were employed after underwent all the required stages of the recruitment exercise and they were trained extensively including weapon handling.

How can a Nation that is fighting the worst kind of insecurity, terrorism and emergence of groups that add to break down of the country economy at this 21st century recruit and train 2000 citizens extensively on weapon handling and then suspend them. Does that make sense Fellow Nigerians?

9ice Singer Bites The Dust At APC Primary Election

9ice
Singer bites the dust at APC
primary election
Singer 9ice has joined the growing list of
casualties in the primary elections from
different political platforms.
Singer Abolore Akande » , popularly known as
9ice, is the latest of the entertainment
personalities to have lost out in the All
Progressive Congress, APC, primary elections
held in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, losing out
on the chance to represent the Ogbomosho
North/Ogbomosho South/Orire Federal
Constituency in the House of Representatives
come 2015, as he was denied the ticket. He lost
the ticket to the son of an Ogbomoso high chief
Prince Akeem Oyewunmi who got a total of 270
votes with 9ice getting 142 votes.
It was not for lack of trying or efforts by the
Gongo Aso crooner, because going by his
campaign strategies where he made and
distributed customized palmwine, Zobo Drinks,
palm oil » and even rode on a horse » while
going to submit his nomination forms, he could
have clinched the ticket.
But the realities of politics is gradually dawning
on Nigerian entertainers who felt that their
popularity in the entertainment world could
translate into general acceptance in the political
field, as many of them have realised that it takes
more to succeed in the field of politics.
With the primary elections to choose those that
will represent the parties in the 2015 elections
almost rounding up in all the parties in the
nation, these entertainers have been tumbling
like a pack of cards, showing that the people and
the party stakeholders do not think they can give
them adequate representation or win at the
elections.
Only Nollywood actor Desmond Elliot has so far
been successful in picking up a ticket while the
likes of Kenneth Okonkwo, Tony Tetuila, Kenny
Saint Brown, Kate Henshaw, Dayo D1 Adeneye
and others have all bitten the political dust.

‘We Scaled Gate To Save
Democracy’ – Minority
Leader
The Minority Leader of the House of
Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila said
that he and other legislators were forced to
scale the gate of the National Assembly
complex in a bid to save the nation’s
democracy.
The Minority Leader of the House of
Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has
spoken on the November 20 chaos which
erupted in the National Assembly » .
Gbajabiamila said that he and other legislators
were forced to scale the gate of the National
Assembly complex » in a bid to save the
nation’s democracy.
The minority leader also said that he had to find
a way into the building because his members
were waiting for him to provide guidance.
A statement released by his research and media
assistant, Wasiu Olanrewaju-Smart reads:
“What happened in the National Assembly
yesterday will forever live in infamy. I never
thought I would see the day when I would be
forced to go over the assembly gates where I
work to gain access into the chambers. But then
our democracy has to be saved.”
“It was pretty clear the presidency in spite of a
court injunction wanted to do something sinister
and illegal.”
“They perfected the plot to stop the Speaker and

democracy.”
We thank God we foiled their evil machinations.
We will continue to be vigilant,”
The incident led to the shutting down of the
National Assembly by Senate President » ,
David Mark , who was also assaulted during the
melee » .
