In spirit of anger , Toke Makinwa has yanked off all the photos of her husband she posted on her Instagram page . We are not sure when this was done but there aren ’ t so many photos of her husband on her page so the move was not
conspicuous .

The media personality is definitely going through personal problems but she is as strong as ever and even still ‘ glammed ’ up for church today .

Put down the Bacon! And the iPhone! And all the other things he loves that harm his fertility. Remember when we all thought Mountain Dew affected a guy’s sperm count? Luckily, those
days are gone … and we’re hoping no one actually used the soda as a form of birth control.

But, there still are some very ordinary things that do influence a man’s fertility.

From the unhealthy habits, such as drinking, to the stranger ones, like putting on sunscreen, we’re counting down the things he loves doing
that are decreasing his sperm production.

1. Wearing Sunscreen Lathering up before a day in the sun may actually
be protecting him against skin cancer but it’s also potentially impairing his fertility. A brand
new study from Longitudinal Investigation of Fertility and the Environment (LIFE) found that
chemicals commonly found in sunscreen can impair male fertility by 30 percent. When the skin absorbs chemicals which filter out
UV rays, like BP-2 or 3OH-BP, it can interfere with his hormones. Researchers say men concerned
about fertility should wash off sunscreen when they head indoors.

2. Eating Processed Meat

Trying to conceive? He may want to re-think those BLTs he’s been scarfing down every day. A new study found that processed meat, like sausage or bacon, can significantly harm sperm quality.
I know, I know, he’s probably thinking, take my eyes but not the bacon, but the Harvard University researchers found that men who ate
half a portion of processed meat a day had 5.5 percent ‘normal’ shaped sperm cells, compared to 7.2 percent who ate less. Instead, they found that fish are possibly the secret to better sperm. Bacon, egg and halibut sandwich, anyone?

3. Watching TV

Another reason he should hand over that remote? The couch isn’t doing much for his health, as you may have guessed. But, it’s not just his physique and motivation that are at risk as he kicks his feet up on the sofa and inhales a bag of Doritos.
A study from the British Journal of Sports Medicine confirmed that men who watch a lot of TV have fewer sperm than men who exercise
moderately or vigorously each week.
Couch potatoes who viewed more than 20 hours of television a week had 44 percent lower sperm count than men who watched almost no
television. Time to get moving, fellas.

4. Drinking

Turns out, the beer belly isn’t the only bad side effect from his favorite beverage. Drinking alcohol can lower testosterone levels, which in turn leads to decreased sperm quality and production. Moderation is key with drinking — and hopefully he stops doing it on the couch watching TV, too.

5. Not Having s*x

While we just ruled out some of his favorite activities, he will probably be more apt to help remedy this sperm-zapper. While some have said “saving sperm” until a woman is most fertile could help couples who are trying to conceive, it actually has no benefit and can make matters worse. For guys with low sperm counts, abstaining from even one day of s*x can decrease their production even further, according to researchers at Soroka University Medical Centre in Israel. Abstaining from s*x also causes sperm to change in shape, a sign that the sperm is going stale.

6. Stressing

Stress is bad for numerous emotional and physical reasons, but his fertility is at risk too.Whether he’s anxious about work or even having a low sperm count, severe or prolonged stress can interfere with testosterone production. We know some fun stress-busters for you and you guy. Wink, wink.

7. Eating Soy

Whoever thought something as delicious (and addictive) as edamame could be so detrimental
to the reproductive system? A 2008 Harvard School of Public Health study revealed that even half a serving of soy a day was enough to harm a man’s sperm production.
Isoflavones, which are found in soy products actually mimic estrogen. More tofu for you.

8. Using His Laptop & Cell Phone
As addicted as he is to his two favorite pieces of technology, it might be best for his sperm count
to avoid using them for long periods of time. Researchers warn that the heat given off from laptops may increase the temperature in his
scrotum and reduce sperm production. In 2008, a study revealed a strong association between cell phone use and sperm count, saying
that those who talked for four or more hours had fewer, weaker sperm. More recently, researchers discovered that men who carry their phones in their pocket or on their
belt (they still do that?) were more likely to have fewer, inactive sperm.

9. Being A Vegetarian

Thought a plant-based diet pretty much made you healthy as a whistle? Us too. Until this study
came out saying that a diet rich in fruit and vegetables may harm fertility! Researchers at Loma Linda University Medical School found that vegetarians and vegans had
much lower sperm counts compared with carnivores, 50 million sperm per ml compared with 70 million per ml. They also had less active sperm. One third of sperm were active for veggies and vegans versus nearly 60 percent for meat eaters. What’s to blame? The guess is vitamin deficiencies and those evil soy replacements we just told you about.

Eedris Abdulkareem had granted a couple of interviews in which he claimed he made Timaya and nurtured him to be the star he is now.

But the self-acclaimed Egberipapa 1 of Bayelsa wasn’t smiling at all when Fim's Multimedia Magazine asked him to react to Eedris’ claim. He thundered,

          “When I was with Eedris
            Abdulkareem, did he give
           me due recognition? Eedris
          did not make me who I am
           today. I was the one that went
         to meet Eedris in his house. He
        never treated me well. I would
       stay at the front of his gate from
       morning till night and he would
       send somebody to tell me to
      come back after a week.

When I returned the following week, he would not see me. I used my money to pay to attend his shows even though I was his band member. I was not celebrated.

           The only money Eedris paid
            me in his life was N1, 000
           and it was after we had the
         Kuramo Beach show. That was
       nothing compared to the money
       I had been spending on
        transport. I was not bothered
        because I wanted a platform
        and I was learning.

Like I always tell people, whatever you want in life, you just need to make sacrifice. Even if they feed you poop, you are not going to eat it forever. I gained a lot from that experience. It was through him that I met Sound Sultan and a lot of
people.

Eedris and I don’t do the same
kind of music, so he does not influence me musically. I have never been in a studio where he was recording before and he never gave me that opportunity, so how did I learn anything from him,” he queried.

        Timaya however admitted that
        he learnt one or two things from
        Eedris which helped him in life.

“One major thing I learnt from him was his stage performance. He is a lion when he is on stage, he is a super performer and I give that to him. I learnt that from him. For me to have admitted that I was his back-up singer was my way of giving him
due recognition because he did not see me in that light. I could have said I was never with him but because I respect him, I opened up.

        There is no way I am going to
        write my story without putting
         his name.He is still my boss. If
         I am in a show and Isee him,
         I would prostrate for him.

“It was so bad that he did not even know my name then, he referred to me as Bayelsa boy. If he was going for a show outside Lagos, nobody would tell me. I would eventually know and use my money to transport myself there. I would call his boys and they would tell me the hotel they were lodging and I would take a bike to meet them. In his whole crew, who is better now? I was eager to make it,” he said.

• 3. Digestion begins in the mouth, and without proper chewing, food is not well-digested. Better- digested food means less gas and bloating.

• 4. Don’t eat anything for two to three hours before sleep. Your body slows down when you sleep, which will prevent your body from digesting the food in your stomach properly. You are also much less active in the evenings and at night, which means that your body is more likely to store the calories you consume late at night and somehow this usually ends up on our tummy.

• 5. Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, pears, tomatoes, bananas, apples, pineapples and berries are all good foods to eat. They really helped with my flatter tummy challenge.

• 6. Sit ups ( Abs Crunch) I’m not a daily exercise fan but I did the sit ups daily. Although, I stopped after seeing results. To do the sit ups, Lie down on the floor with your hands on your side and you knees bent. Keep your feet on the ground and sit up.Repeat 10 times and increase the amount you do daily.

There were many occasions over the recent years when people have disproved that cardio is a much, much better method for losing weight compared to just walking.

Here we want to show
you why walking is better for losing weight, not
running. Here are the reasons:

• 1 – When you do a cardio exercise, like running, you burn calories from muscle and fat. The body cannot pick to burn the calories that you would like to see burnt, and thus by running you actually decrease your muscle mass. You don’t want to do that because muscles are more
metabolic and burn more calories.

•  2 – Too much cardio exercises increase the production of a stress hormone called cortisol, which leads to bigger food cravings because your body wants to overcompensate for the burned calories. So, you end up consuming more calories
than you have burned.

••Too much cardio exercising makes you leptin- resistant, which is the same hormonal effect as sleep deprivation. That way your body is unable to tell if it is full. You get very hungry and eventually develop insulin resistance due to the high amounts of cortisol and you get back to weight gaining.

•• Cardiovascular exercises can have negative impact on the thyroid function. In order to have a properly functioning metabolism, the thyroid
produces a hormone called T4, which then is converted to T3 to help the metabolism. But, by creating too much cortisol in your body, the thyroid is unable to produce T4 and you end up with dysfunctional metabolism, decreased ability to burn fat and loss of energy.

• 3 – It is believed that running has a low impact, plus the further you run the more you bang your feet into the ground. If you are overweight this
can be bad for your knees and other joints

•• Summary: Cardio can cause the reduction of the muscle mass, less efficient metabolism, hormonal
imbalance, which can lead to more weight, and it can have a negative impact on your knees if you are overweight.

•• Walking on the other hand can be a much healthier and more balanced alternative, even though it doesn’t provide the same amount of calorie burning effects as running. By walking you decrease the amounts of cortisol, which is much better on longer term. Walking makes you more sensitive to insulin, which then enables better calorie burning from other exercises and it doesn’t create cravings and unmanageable hunger. It also produces serotonin and dopamine which make you feel motivated and happier and
lead to overall wellness.

• • So, walk as much as possible! Take 30 to 60 minutes walk at least three days a week, and increase this up to six days. Choose walking
instead of cardio, and do other activities that relieve stress to the body. But, if you want a firm and good looking body, do some weekly metabolic resistance exercises for 20 or 30 minutes. Couple this with a well-though diet and you won’t have
to run ever again.

• Cucumber Juice

This is another great way to reduce the darkness of your lip, you can just apply a bit of cucumber juice on them. Simply slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can
lighten your lips to a pretty pink color.

• Lemon Juice

Another home remedy is with the use of lemon and some sugar. Cut a thin slice from the lemon, sprinkling a bit of sugar on top and rub your lips with it each day. This works well because lemon works to naturally bleach your lips, returning them to their light, pink color while sugar will
exfoliate dead skin cells.

• Strawberry Mixture

Strawberries have many benefits that are great for lightening dark lips. All you need to do is make a paste using strawberries and mix it with some aloe vera juice and pure honey. Apply this paste and leave it on for five minutes before rinsing it off and replacing it with an homemade lip balm. This is effective because berries have
many vital vitamins and minerals that can keep your lips healthy and therefore vibrant.

• Mix Honey, Almond Oil and Sugar

What you can also do is to mix sugar, honey and a little bit of olive or almond oil. Apply this to your lips, massaging it in for ten minutes. You

• Remove Makeup Before Sleeping

boil hot water and pour into a big bowl. Take a towel and cover your head with it and allow the steam to pass to your face. I don’t need to tell
you not to allow your skin to touch the hot water as it can burn your skin. As the steam makes contact with your skin, it makes it softer get rid of oils from your skin.

• Lemon juice

Lemon juice is a good source of citric acid that works like an astringent. It also has antiseptic
properties that can restore the skin’s pH balance. You should mix equal parts of fresh lemon juice with clean water. Using a cotton ball, apply it on your face and leave it for about 10minutes after which you can was off with warm water. Note that lemon can also dry out your skin, so you should use oil-free moisturizers after washing off.

• Yogurt

Interesting huh? I thought so too when i saw it while on resaech. Well, yogurt contains lactic acid that can help to gently exfoliate your skin and it absorbs excess oil on the face. Just rub one tablespoon of plain yogurt very well over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with cool water. You can do this once daily.

• Honey and sugar

You can use a natural scrub. Honey and sugar together exfoliates skin nicely, while still moisturizing your skin. Just mix them together to
form a paste and rub it over your face, leave it for 15minutes and rinse of with warm water. Don’t use scrubs too often, as they will dry out your skin, and not in a good way!

• Aloe vera

I think I need to write about the uses of aloe vera,I was gave a friend Aloe vera for Pimples but she felt it's because I was financially rich as at of then. Aloe vera gel is very effective in ridding oil from your skin. This gel is rich in antioxidants,
moisture, and skin cleansing extracts that makes it a good natural face cleanser. Just extract the gel of aloe vera from the plant and rub it on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it off
with water.

• Egg whites

Oh no! not again, well yeah. While many might think that it is messy, however, a face mask of egg white is a great way to firm up the skin and
to reduce the excess oil content from one’s face. Just as we did before with the pimples removal
regimen, just whip the white of an egg and rub it on your face till it drys. Leave it for 10 to 15minutes and wash it off with warm water.

- Other things we could use include;

• Tomato paste

• Cucumber mask

• Pawpaw paste

• Apple mask

• Vinegar

• Orange peels paste

• Milk is a great oil-free cleanser that can make oily skin soft and supple. Milk gently exfoliate the skin and also help maintain the skin’s natural pH balance. Like I always say, you have to be diligent and
patient with whatever method you choose to follow.

•      Ice cubes

Ice can be used to quickly get rid of pimples. It helps in improving blood circulation to the affected area and in freezing the skin pores and removing dirt and oil accumulated on the skin.You should wrap the ice in a piece of cloth and place it over the affected skin area for a few seconds. You can then repeat again and again till you get tired. When used repeatedly on the pimples throughout the day the ice will help to reduce inflammation or swelling and will immediately soothe your skin.

•   Lemon

Yea I know, that is why you must have lemons readily in your fridge. Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C. Lemon juice helps pimples dry up
faster. Be sure to use fresh lemon juice. You can dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed.

•    Honey

Honey is a source of natural antibiotics that can speed up the healing process, as well as help
prevent infections. Just use a cotton swab to apply honey on the affected areas, then wash off after about 30 minutes.

•  Toothpaste

Sounds unorthodox right? I shouldn’t be telling you this but it sure works. I have tried this so many times. That toothpaste that you use every morning to clean your teeth can also be used to treat pimples quickly. It is most effective when
used following the ice remedy. Before going to bed you can apply some toothpaste over the affected skin area before going to bed. Wash your face with water the next morning and you will see a significant improvement in the swelling.

•  Garlic

Garlic contain various antiviral, anti-fungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples. You can slice a fresh garlic into two pieces and rub the
garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with warm water. You can repeat the treatment several times a day.

•   Baking soda

Baking soda is a good option for all, but especially those with sensitive skin because it will not cause any kind of skin irritation. You can make a thick paste by mixing one teaspoon of baking soda with some water or lemon juice. Wash your skin very well and leave it slightly damp. Apply the paste on the affected areas and allow it to dry for a few minutes. Never keep baking soda on your skin for longer than a few minutes as it can cause dryness. Wash your face with warm water and apply a moisturizer.

•   Cucumber

Cucumber is a rich source of potassium and vitamins such as A, C and E. It also has a cooling and soothing effect on the skin. You can

Last night's epic performance at the Industry Night would have being the last for him but mercy said NO I ain't gonna let you go and so God had
no other choice other than to bless Jahbless with another chance to live again. The "69 missed calls" crooner was involved in a near fatal crash
narrowly escaping death after he made a last minute decision to join another car on his convoy.

The singer wants you to pray for the survival of his aide as he shared the below pic on his Instagram page.

He told FIM's  Multimedia
‘I’m still in shock, because I could have died. I only thank God that I wasn’t in the car. I came into the venue in the car and the area boys had already marked the car as mine, so when we were leaving, I changed my mind and entered another car’.
His aide that drove his car sustained several injuries, including a broken leg and hip. He’s currently undergoing treatment at St Nicholas
hospital, Lagos. The incident occurred at 3am on Adeola Odeku street, near the Industry Nite venue.
It is reported that Jahbless accident was caused by a reckless truck driver carrying granite who
parked across a major intersection.
‘I thank God for our lives , especially Damola’s life. I’m hale and healthy. I am a winner. I’m urging all my true friends, families and fans to keep my field manager in prayers for quick
recovery. I also want you to help give praises to God for his mercies over us’.
